Shipping

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery within Poland typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged or you wish to request a return or refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at:

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days. Original shipping costs and return-related fees are non-refundable.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Once your return request is approved, you have another 30 days to send the item back. Returns requested or shipped outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.

No. SALE and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before completing your purchase.

Return shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility, including any customs or import fees. Approved returns must be sent to our supplier in China, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused (trying on is allowed)
  • Unwashed and undamaged
  • In original condition with all tags attached

Items that show signs of wear beyond normal fitting, or returns due to choosing the wrong size, are not considered product faults.
